Shipping Policy

If you’re located outside the United States, you must pay the customs charges or shipping duties levied by competent authorities.

Taxes and Duties

Savage Performance is not responsible for bearing levied taxes and customs duties. The customer is solely responsible for paying appropriate shipping duties and taxes.

Customer Information

The customer is requested to share accurate information including name, address, and phone number for the shipment. Our orders are shipped on the same booking (except holidays). In case of inaccurate information, a customer is requested to contact our support immediately to provide accurate shipping information. If a customer is unable to receive a package or there is failed delivery attempt, a customer will be held responsible for reshipment cost.

Refund Policy

Savage Performance is committed to selling with pride and providing augmented support to our customers across the world. Following are a few cases in which customers can request for refund.

  • A refund is issued to customers if the product is broken, damaged, or defective material from the factory
  • The refund will be issued to customers within 30 days of receiving their return. After 30 days, we’re not liable for a refund of the order cost.
  • The refund is issued to the original payment method (minus 30% Restocking Fee) or 85% Store credit (15% restocking fee)

If you receive an item that is damaged, broken, and incorrectly shipped to your address. Please contact our customer support with the consignment number, the printout of the original invoice, and pictures of the package you received immediately.
