Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Savage Performance. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds will be issued on your original payment method within 10 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Support@savageperformance.com.

Shipping

At Savage Performance, we offer standard ground shipping to all 50 states in the United States. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $25. For orders under $25, standard shipping rates will apply based on the weight of the package and the destination.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, and we do not offer international shipping at this time.

At Savage Performance, we stand behind the quality of our aftermarket auto parts and offer a warranty to protect against any manufacturer defects or transit damage that may occur during shipping. Our warranty policy ensures that our customers can feel confident in their purchase and have peace of mind knowing they are covered in the event of any issues.

Our warranty policy covers all manufacturer defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If you believe your product has a manufacturer defect, please contact us at Warranty@SavagePerformance.com and provide us with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting photos or videos.

In the event that your product is found to have a manufacturer defect, we will either repair or replace the item at no cost to you. However, please note that our warranty policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide us with photos of the damaged item, as well as the packaging. We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier and provide you with a replacement product as soon as possible.

Please note that any modifications made to our products will void the warranty. Additionally, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on products that have been modified in any way.
